Sensual Dance Fitness Classes
The sensual fitness classes combine exotic dance moves with a traditional workout.

Many of our students love our classes because they are safe and more stimulating than the gym. We recommend you do both the Pole Dancing and the Sensual Fitness classes to get the benefits of both.
Where pole dancing builds strength in your upper body, the fitness classes work on toning your muscles and teaching you the dance moves in a flowing, sexy way.
Sensual fitness is everything else that you do without the pole. You will discover the reason why exotic dancers have such great bodies at these classes.
We alternate between floor workout and chair workouts, covering all the aspects of sensual dance.
- Classes are 45 minutes
- Classes are offered once / twice a week at all studios.
- If you sign up for pole classes, you may attend at no additional cost
- Classes are for all levels of fitness
Our classes incorporate:
- Warm up
- Dance / Floor / Chair / Lap dance workout
- Toning exercises (focusing on the thighs, bum, stomach and upper arms)
- Stretching
What to wear:
- Comfortable clothing, but NO oversized T-shirts (they will come up over your head during back rolls).
- Shoes are optional, but bare feet preferred.
- Bring water and a towel.
- If you have tender knees, bring a spare towel/cushion for floor workout sessions (only required until you are used to kneeling).
- Anyone can attend, even if it's your first day.
Please note: there is NO nudity in any of our classes.
