I really really enjoy the lessons that I attend with Laila and the rest of the class. I can see a huge difference in my body already. I have become more confident about my body and even my boyfriend has noticed the difference and I feel more confident about dancing now. I love the sensual fitness and I love the pole. I enjoy the challenge of learning new moves every week with both classes. I am so glad that I decided to do sensaul and pole. Its great!!!

I love my pole because i think the spinning mechanism works very well,it does'nt chip when I dismantle and re attah,grip is very good and the colur of the pole(black) doesn't leave any marks - rarely have to wipe with a towel

I love my pole as it is very strong and solid ...once it's put up as well it does not move... I was scared in the beginning and did not like the idea of getting a pole that will not be permanently bolted into place as what I'm used to in the class I attend.So I knew I needed one that can be removed easily because it's set up in the garage and needs to be removed whenever I need the space BUT I was a bit worried about the No Bolts...just felt like it would MOVE.But once you've placed proper supports in the ceiling and positioned the pole correctly pole correctly under it,it really works well.Doesn't slip out at all.

I love my pole as it's easy to put up and just as easy to take down.From my experience the poles last longer than the ceilings .... .

I love my pole because I bought the Carmen Electra pole from the Peekaboo Palace website...but I am sooo dissapointed with them.I even brought it to the Fairland's Studio one day,to show Natasha the rubbish I bought.Everyone laughed...needless to say,when I received your pole I was pleasantly surprised.I thought the Carmen pole was the way all poles were supposed to look like.Your pole is a piece of cake to assemble,easy to take down and just an overall pleasure to use.I feel safe and secure when swinging around it ! I almost broke my neck using the other one ! ! ! Thanx, I'm having the time of my life using it.& my husband doesn't mind watching the show either ! !

The bachelorette pole party was a lot of fun and very interactive.The ladies all had a good laugh.

A group of girls together who are allowed to be sexy for the evening without anyone bothering them. Both the lap and pole dance were enjoyable The lap was more a group thing and with the pole we were all individually given the chance to make an ass of ourselves. We ended up having a big party afterwards as everyone was so relaxed and in such good spirits.Definitely a memorable evening.

We all felt comfortable trying and we loved the show at the end. There were a lot of older ladies & the grooms mother also tried it out!They didn't think it was trashy or cheap,it was all done in style & a "classy' event.We enjoyed every minute.We had so much fun.The set up was rapidly done,so that we could start with our session.Thanks to BodyMind,she had the best bachelorette ever.

In the sensual dance floor workout dvd Natasha was not shy to be honestly sexy,her moves were seductive and clearly very professional- hard to find material so instructive in that way.

Pole and sensual dancing are the best thing I've ever done for myself. My self confidence and fitnesss levels have improved dramatically and I have lost 23 kgs in weight, all women should have this much fun keeping fit

I wish I would have come across Poledancing earlier!! It is by far the best, always challenging and most fun excercise I have ever done...keeps you fit and sexy...and most NB...gets you in touch with your sensual side, always a good thing

We had a hen party - Pole Dancing. It was very entertaining and i loved all of the interaction it created between everyone at the party.

WHAT CAN I SAY? This is the most fun I've had in yonks! I've been pole dancing since January 2009 and I haven't regretted it for a minute! It's fun. It's entertaining and I've built and shaped my body! Much better than going to the gym! Thanks to all the instructors and I'm looking forward to a long pole dancing relationship with the studio! I just got myself a Quick Pole from BodyMind, and got it delivered without any hassle. It fits nicely under the ceiling of my rented granny flat so I don’t have to worry about the landlord freaking out about bolts and holes.

I am very new at this so I am still in between pain and pleasure (especially the inner thighs! Ouch!) and of course frustration at getting my 42 year old body to do what it’s told… but I love it!

The pole party was for a 50th birthday. Laila was very professional and very cute as she is so tiny - she answered all the questions with accuracy and spent time with our guests. We enjoyed the party very much - we had many laughs.

We had a pole party for a bridal shower. We enjoyed it tremendously it was great fun and enjoyed by all. Laila assisted by Carrie were our presenters. Laila and Carrie put everyone at ease immediately and made the whole event such fun. Their personalities and friendliness were great. Everyone was included and participated willingly - even us " oldies ." My daughter said it was one of her best days in her life and the pole dancing put such a nice, friendly but fun finishing touch to it.

Hello all! Thank you so much for my pole you delivered December last year. I received my quick pole and 3 dvd set from beginners to advanced. I have been practicing since I received it! I am able to do most beginners moves and some intermediate. I'm having trouble with flicking my legs over my head! I have had lots of bruises on tops of my feet, knees even in between my thighs from sitting on the pole but I know that bruises = progress. After they heal you can do the moves and they don’t hurt. I have made a video and would love to send it to you guys.

Pole has been a liberating experience. No matter how bad my day is, I make it a point to make my classes. The encouragement we get from Laila makes the challenge all worth it. The atmosphere is electrifying and that girls just so down to earth. I love it.

Never ever thought I would be able to do these moves - - guess what I can !!!

Last night was my introduction class and I can honestly say I have never worked so hard yet felt so great afterwards... I will definitely be at class on Wednesday - This is the greatest workout I have had in years - Thanks Karin for introducing me to these classes...

I joined the Fairlands studio in Feb and must say I have gained so much self confidence and can't wait until the next class. I am totally addicted and am thinking about buying a pole for home use so I can practice and to have fun with friends. My husband is also loving the classes - haha - I wonder why?
So all the bruises and hard work are worth it. I have been wearing my heart rate monitor and in the 2 hours I burn 1000 calories - that is a lot. I was going to Bykram Yoga and there I would burn 800 at 45 degree heat. Now I think pole dancing is way more fun than standing in different poses in that heat.

both my friend and myself joined about a month ago and we love both the pole and fitnesses classes thoroughly. the only thing we are not too happy with is the lack of some sort of "structure" in the pole dance class as there are (I think) too many levels in one class. A suggestion - maybe we can learn a routine of easy moves for the beginners and more advanced moves for the more advanced students. At the moment, they are very 'random" with everyone doing their own thing. Thanks

Why is Carrie no longer going to be our teacher! She is a wonderful teacher who knows how to teach you and gets you to do moves that you never thought you would!

I am extremely dissapointed that Carrie is no longer going to teach us. She is so awesome.

Start at the back of the pole, with your inside foot close to the base. Use your strong hand. Allow your arm to straighten, so your weight is hanging away from the pole.
