Our studios offer a variety of fitness classes, designed by women, for women. We focus on:
Sensual Fitness Classes We alternate between a chair and lap dancing workout, and sexy floor workout. During this classes you will learn burlesque moves like cat crawls, back rolls and bodywaves. Find out why lap dancers have such amazing bodies! As part of the workout, we also do toning exercises for the bum, stomach, hips and thighs. This is a fun, sexy workout, and is for over 18's only.
Stretch & Tone Classes The classes are focused on toning the bum, hips, thighs and stomach, but also include upper arms and calves. A great workout that targets toning, sculpting, weight loss, cellulite loss, lifting and firming. The workout ends in targeted back and leg stretching for increased pole flexibility, splits and more.
Yoga Swings Stretching and toning with a difference. Dozens of fun and safe ways to stretch, this class is great for increased back flexibility and a zero gravity workout. A great workout and stretching, combined with a 5 minute complete relaxation at the end. Perfect for women of all ages.
