- All classes are 45 min unless otherwise specified
- Join at any time, as you work at your own pace. Our classes are worked out daily to provide variety and fun.
- Certificate on completion of each Pole Level

We are proud members of the Pole Dance Community (PDC). In order to ensure that we maintain International standards of teaching, we have incorporated the PDC syllabus into our own. If you are qualified at any particular pole level, you can rest assured that you will be Internationally recognised.

Pole Introductory Class
Our Pole Introduction class is merely an orientation class dedicated to beginners. If you enjoy the class and decide
to join, then you will start Pole 1 Beginner classes from the next day. You may attend the sensual fitness
class on the same day to try it out.

Pole 1 (Beginners)
- Approx. 4 - 6 months, depending on your own progress
- PDC Level 1 and 2
- Certificate on completion
For all beginners. We teach you the basics of pole dancing, including spins, poses, sexy body moves, floorwork, jumps and slides. The aim is to build up strength and to become familiar with the pole

Pole 2 (Intermediate)
- Approx. 12 - 24 months, depending on your own progress
- PDC Level 3
- Certificate on completion
Once you know the basics, you can move on to Pole 1.Here we will start to teach you how to climb and invert, as well as learning some more fun spins and transition moves, while building your strength for the more advanced classes. Attend with the pole groove classes to enhance your choreography and for better toning. Essential, even if already fit, as your body takes time to ‘wire’ your brain to your muscle groups.

Pole 3 (Advanced)
- Approx. 24 - 36 months, depending on your own progress
- PDC level 4 and 5
You must be able to perform no handed invert tricks and you must have completed min 12 months classes to attend Pole 3.
Our Advanced course builds on the stamina and strength that you have developed in the previous courses, you continue to explore the core moves but further develop with holds and more work on inversions, at this stage the routine is significantly more complex allowing you to express those new found skills.
