What to wear

What to bring:

  • Comfortable gym clothing    - NO oversized T-shirts, they will come up over your head during back rolls or when going upside down on the pole
  • Shoes are optional                 - mostly in winter, but bare feet preferred.
  • Bring water and a towel        - to wipe down the pole and stay hydrated
  • Yoga mat                               - for hygienic reasons, though our studios do provide.
  • Spare towel/cushion              - if you have tender knees, otherwise your folded yoga mat will work


Class-specific clothing

Women's Classes 

Sensual Fitness  :  T-shirt and track pants, shoes optional

Pole Intro            :  T-shirt and track pants, shorts optional, but not necessary

Pole 1                  :  T-shirt and shorts, shoes optional

Pole 2                  :  Crop / halterneck top, hotpants, high heels optional

(We have women's pole dancing clothing available at all of our studios)

 

Acro Pole Kidz   : T-shirt and shorts

Men's Classes    : Shorts and vest or T-shirt
