Aerial Yoga Instructor Training
Become a Yoga Swing / Aerial Yoga instructor!
Learn fun, safe and effective ways to build strength, cardio, flexibility and fitness, in an anti-gravity environment. It's a great compliment to any fitness module, and will add you your teaching ability. The training incorporates yoga swings and yoga hammocks, so you get the best of both.
Aerial Yoga is fast becoming a popular method of exercise. Help your students to get flexible, fit and strong in zero gravity. Aerial yoga also allows you to decompress your spine, allowing circulation to the brain and toxin and lymph drainage.
The course combines yoga swings, as well as the classic aerial yoga fabric, so you can learn the best of both.
Non-stretch fabric with handle bars that allow for more diversity and strength training
Stretch fabric that allows for more stretch and relaxation
The training course consists of 2 day training, with manual and a syllabus. A foundation in fitness training or pole required

You will become a Certified and Nationally Accredited Yoga Swing Instructor on successful completion of the course.
You will be listed on the Pole Instructor Training website as an Accredited Instructor.
PDSASA (Pole Dance Sport Association of South Africa) will list you on the the PDSASA website.

I'm doing the training to instruct aerial yoga to empower women and kids in my area. I learnt the use of the swing for various reasons, including conditioning and relaxation. The training was easy going and fun. Natasha was inspiring, motivating and easy going. I'm pleased with the outcome.
