Beginner Pole For newbies. Learn the basics of pole, get fit, build strength and have fun. We teach the basic tricks as well as fun choreographed routines. You need to attend the Introduction to Pole Dance course first before joining these classes. Classes are limited to max. 2 people per pole. Booking essential. |
Intermediate / Advanced Pole Once you are able to climb and invert you can move to this class. Start mastering the more advanced tricks, and build your strength and flexibility. Where beginner pole is from the floor, intermediate pole is in the air. You will learn moves like Teddybear, Ayesha, Jade and many more. Classes are limited to max. 2 people per pole. Pole Heels Class Bring along your heels for a sassy, fun class! This is a mixed class for any level. We do mostly floor routines with some pole work. We love clicking and clacking, so the higher the heels, the better. A fun way to get fit through dance. Classes are limited to max. 2 people per pole. Booking essential. |
Aerial Yoga Class The class is a combination of yoga, pilates, acrobatics and body conditioning. You will build strength, become more flexible and learn to fly at the same time.
