Besides being a great way to have fun, handstands help to  build up your core strength.
Get a super-strong and balanced core by strengthening your stabilizer muscles, working your
abs, your hip flexors, hamstrings, inner thigh muscles, and spinal muscles.

You will also feel happier because the blood will flow to your brain and circulate happy hormones.

THE INSTRUCTOR

You will be in safe hands!

​The workshop is taught by Janine Loubser, who has been dancing since age 5. 
She won her first provincial colours at age 7 and was in the National team of rhythmic gymnasts.
She won 
1st place SA's/Nationals 3 consecutive years
Dance choreographer for 21 years
