​6-WEEK COURSE

Improve posture, coordination and flexibility in 6 weeks!​

Aerial yoga combines the core principles of yoga – centering your breath, creating balance, building strength and flexibility – with the thrill of being suspended in air. 

With the assistance of the swing, you can explore new depths within yourself as you move through postures while floating in mid-air. This type of movement allows for greater exploration into postures that cannot be achieved by solely practicing on the ground due to body restrictions or limitations.

Aerial yoga offers many benefits including

  • Increased flexibility and muscular strength while protecting joints from strain and injury

What to Wear

  • Comfortable leggings and a fitted t-shirt
  • No shoes or jewelry
  • Bring water and a towel

How it Works

The course runs for 6 weeks.
Classes are every Saturday, 9 - 10 am for 6 weeks
