What The Course Covers

• Anatomy and Physiology
• Injury prevention & treating injury
• Comprehensive pole curriculum
• How to spot correctly & effectively
• Class planning and how to create flow between moves
• Basic choreography

You will receive

Examinations

• There is a written (open-book) exam which needs to be completed within 2 weeks of the training.
• For practical exams you need to perform a routine using moves you have learnt, as well as teach a class of 35 to 45 min. These need to be submitted within 6 months of completing the training.
• You need to pass all 3 exams with 70% or higher in order to pass.

Certification

• On successful completion of the course you will become a Certified Beginner Pole Instructor.
• The Pole Instructor Training Course is recognized in South Africa and Internationally.

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic First Aid Diploma (done in your own time, we can refer you to a reputable company if you need)
• Have access to a pole so you can practice and teach.
• Computer and internet
• Pass exams with 70% or more.
