The knowledge I gained from this course (Pole Instructor Training) was incredible. I have learnt that the way I have been teaching (not necessarily wrong) hasn’t been the most efficient way of teaching. In terms of spotting I have I learnt the most easy and energy conserving way to spot.
I have also learnt proper class structure and how to properly break down the moves for beginner so that they gain the most information on how to execute the move correctly.
The instructor was AMAZING. The instructor knew exactly what information was important. Natasha is an amazing instructor and person. I have learnt so much from her (both with this course and other advice pertaining to being a great teacher).
This course is incredible. Wealth of knowledge behind it and I am so happy I finally did this.

I have been with the studio for 2 years on and off. I was one of your worst students, meaning that I had no self confidence in myself and no confidence in anyone else. I still struggle to make friends, but my self esteem has been given a boost. In today’s life, women have so many responsibilities and at the end of each day we tend to fall into bed tired and miserable and have no energy left to take care of ourselves. Today’s women have forgotten how to be feminine and thanks to your classes I am one woman who now makes the time to care for myself. So what if the dishes stand till morning? It will get done, but in the meantime I can relax in a hot tub full of bubbles or bath oil, do my nails, etc. I can even now look in the mirror and think “you go girl”. Thank you for being an inspiration to me and one of the very few people I can look up to and admire.

I love coming to classes, fitness and pole. Benefits: - my body confidence increases, I become more flexible and co-ordinated in every day life. I find my body shape improves dramatically, even if I do not lose weight, I feel graceful and my posture is sexier and fluid / natural.
I am very tall, and have been clumsy for a number of years whilst doing ordinary aerobics and running. Pole and fitness put a natural elegance in everyday moves. Thanks!

At first it’s very intimidating but after a few lessons into it you get quite confident and feel sexy. It’s definitely challenged me both on a fitness and sensual level. A very exciting and different way to get fit and loads of fun!

I started pole after I won a voucher at a party. I struggled to even spin around the pole. Natasha, Shereen and Laila encouraged me, I am now inverting, and spinning. Added bonus I’ve lost 23kg, am fitter than when I completed 4 Argus Cycle tours and have muscle tone like never before. Pole and fitness are the best and most fun sport I’ve ever done – I HIGHLY recommend the classes. Am now a size 10. What a fabulous skill for women. Thank you Natasha, Laila and Shereen.
