This introductory pole dance course will help you learn the basics, while also enjoying the numerous health benefits associated with pole dancing. You will learn how to safely perform basic spins, climbs, poses and transitions on the pole, as well as teaching you how to perform a safe and fun routine. We will take you from novice to feeling sexy and confident in your body, no matter your size, shape, or age. The course is tailored for everyone, no matter what your background. The classes are private, safe and supportive. Everyone who is there is new, so you don't need to worry that they know what they are doing. Attend a 60 min. lesson every week for 6 weeks. You need to commit to the weekly lessons to ensure that you stay on track. There are 6 spaces available per course, and every student will have her own pole. On completion you will receive your graduation certificate for the course. What to wear?
