This handling fee does not include faulty products that are under warranty, nor clothing or items that were quoted on the incorrect size. 
There are no refunds for incorrect ceiling measurements for poles. Please ensure you have the correct ceiling height before placing your order.
Therefore please ensure that you are satisfied with your order, before placing it, as we have to pay our suppliers upfront, and we do not get refunded for incorrect orders.
